LangenJosten is the first recruitment and headhunting agency in Germany that specialises exclusively on the fine art sector. The two founders of JostenLangen have gained a thorough understanding of the sector during their long standing involvement in the national and international art market, and have gained not only an understanding of the skill-sets that are needed in order to be successful in the world of the arts, but have also built a substantial network within the art sector.

Behind this background, the two founders use these resources in order to match qualified and hardworking candidates with demanding employers. The aim is to filter out those applicants who suit the employer most in terms of qualification, experience and personality, thereby making the often difficult and time consuming process of finding the right employees significantly easier. At the same time, we help motivated and qualified applicants to navigate through the world of job advertisements by matching them with suitable employers and thereby supporting them on their career path.

Highest quality, confidentiality and efficient collaboration are central to all our recruitment activities. We define success exclusively by the contentedness and satisfaction of our clients, and strive to build mutually beneficial long-term relationships with both our clients and candidates.
